No running today because it was cold cold cold outside! I woke up this morning with good intentions of running outside, but with the wind gusting up to 50mph with temps in the 20s, I couldn't do it. Then I thought I would go to the gym but that meant going outside too. So I did 30 minutes of yoga from youtube instead. Not much of a workout but I feel stretched :-) Definitely running either in or out tomorrow.

S: half quesadilla
L: sushi
D: egg in basked, cucumber, mushrooms
