4 Miles

First run of the New Year! And first real run since the marathon- more than a month of nearly no running! I felt really good today. I just wanted to get out and get back to running every day. Hopefully I can slowly add mileage back on since it's been a while. The wind was really strong today and it was cold, but a good run anyway. Did stretching before and after too. New Year's resolution: be able touch my toes.

Temp 20 (felt like 12)

B: toast,tea, clementine
L: 2 eggs, cucumber salad, clementine
S: banana and pb
D: salmon and rice and cucumber
