Had quite a crazy weekend and didn't run as much as I wanted to. We went to the zoo on Saturday all day and then ended up staying out pretty late on top of not getting much sleep the night before. So Saturday's "run" was being on my feet all day at the zoo and walking around Indy. I was pretty tired and didn't feel like running on Sunday (plus I had a killer dehydration headache). Yesterday I got in about 5 miles, which was half of what I had hoped. Oh well.
Today I had a great run. Ran with teh group and did fartleks. We ran the 6 mile campus loop with 10 fartleks 1min on/1 min off. Felt really good. I ran with a group of guys and Rachel so I ran way faster than I would have- 8:23/mile according to the map. Not sure about that though. I am super tired!

D: small portion enchiladas, carrot salad. Still hungry, but I am tired.
