Ran during work today- I don't really like that because I feel like I have to hurry to get back which means I end up running fast. I meant to do 5 miles today, but somehow the route I took--which I thought would be longer--was even shorter than the campus 4 loop. Don't really get that. Felt pretty good today, legs kind of tired. It was cold outside!
B: granola, milk, half bannana
S: yogurt, tea, tea
L:tuna sandwich, two carrots
D: potatoes, 3 eggs, fake sausage, hot chocolate
