Ran on the treadmill today and watched the Office while doing so. It wasn't even really raining outside, but I wanted to see the new gym. I need to remember how much I hate running on the treadmill. 5 miles seemed like forever and it would have flown by if I had just dragged myself outside.

B: steel cut oats, walnuts, tea
S: string cheese, tangerine
L: spagetti, apple, tangerine
D: pizza slice, kale, bean soup
S: 2 brownies
